Dreamtime

"Dreamtime" is about memory of place. It explores the significance that places play in our lives and what these places can hold for us. Beautiful memories of playing by the ocean and the feeling of connectedness are investigated. The work aims to provoke the viewer transporting them to places where they feel the same sense of connectedness and belonging. Locals Only is based around the Cabarita headland. Growing up surfing this beach reminiscing on the surf culture and the feeling of belonging and place. 

It's about where we live and love and the significance of what this plays in our lives.
